namdhandClaude Sonnet 5 af1b287816 Remove dead using from DependencyInjection.cs 
Mws.Application.Projects import orphaned by Task 4/5's IProjectService
and IProjectMemberService deletions; nothing else in the file references
that namespace. Found by final whole-branch review.
